Please note that the complaints and appeals process has been agreed nationally across specialty recruitment, and applies equally regardless of the specialty to which you have applied.

In the case of recruitment to the specialties participating in RCP-coordinated ST3 recruitment, complaints should be made to the RCP in the first instance. We will make the initial investigation and liaise with regions where applicable.

If you wish to make a complaint about a medical specialty where the process is not coordinated by the RCP, you should direct your complaint to the organisation responsible for the vacancy. This includes medical specialties not part of the RCP-coordinated process and recruitment to academic clinical fellow posts in medical specialties.
