As the name implies, this contains the most common questions we receive, and you may find an answer there.
Secondly, our applicants' guide details and explores all aspects of the ST3 recruitment/application process from beginning to end.
The applicants' guide is designed more as a summary of the recruitment process, with full information added here to the website; but this is often found useful to have as a 'hard copy' accompaniment while completing applications.

The RCP-SRO helpdesk is open from 9am - to 5pm every (working) weekday. Where possible we will respond to all queries within a maximum of two working days; although typically it willbe much quicker than this.
Please note that the ST3 helpdesk does not receive queries by telephone.
Primarily, this is so that all queries received can be processed in order of receipt, and so that a record of all queries and responses are kept.
However, it is often the case that queries can be complex, and so responding in writing is usually an easier and more accurate method of answering.
