Who do I contact?
This page contains general information on to whom queries and/or requests for information on ST3 recruitment should be directed during the recruitment period.
For queries relating to the ST3 application form, please contact the RCP-SRO ST3 helpdesk via email at email@example.com.
Please be aware we can only answer queries on the specialties for which we manage recruitment.
The ST3 helpdesk is open from 9am-5pm on (working) weekdays, and the staff of the helpdesk will respond to your query within a maximum of two working days; although typically, responses will be much quicker than this.
Please note that the ST3 helpdesk does not receive queries by telephone.
Primarily, this is so that all queries received can be processed in order of receipt, and so that a record of all queries and responses are kept. But it is often the case that queries can be complex, and so responding in writing is usually an easier and more accurate method of answering.
Application progress (ie long-listing, short-listing, interviews, offers)
For any queries relating to the progress of your application, interview or offers, please contact the deanery/UoA assessing your application - see the deanery/UoA contacts page for details.
You should contact whichever deanery/UoA is assessing your application at the time. You will be notified if and when this changes.
General queries (recruitment process, eligibility, etc.)
General queries can be directed to either the ST3 helpdesk or assessing deanery/UoA as described above; alternatively, it may be relevant to contact the Medical Specialty Training office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
