Visa/immigration status

One point we must emphasise here is that the RCP-SRO is not able to offer any specific guidance regarding queries relating to visa/immigration status.

If you believe that your immigration status may make you eligible for an ST3 post, you are advised to apply and provide as much information as possible; this can then be assessed more clearly.

However, the RCP-SRO is not able to pronounce on whether a particular immigration status makes a candidate eligible for ST3.

If you believe that your status does not fit under any of the available immigration categories within the application form, we advise that you select 'other...' from the first menu; select 'other...' again from the subsequently-arising menu; and then give a full explanation in the textbox which arises subsequently.
